Brave school girl escaped kidnappers by jumping out of moving car || A young girl narrowly escaped kidnappers in a suspected human trafficking attempt. The Rustenburg teen jumped out of her kidnappers’ car while it was moving, successfully foiling their attempts to take her.

News of the incident has gone viral on social media and it led to #AmINext and #EndHumanTraffickingInSA trending on Wednesday.

On Tuesday, a girl in Rustenburg was kidnapped by suspected human traffickers. According to a social media post, the incident took place at Fields College. The perpetrators nabbed the girl, who was still wearing her school clothes, and shoved her into their car.

 

However, the brave young lady reportedly decided to jump out of the moving car in an attempt to escape them.

Luckily, her efforts paid off and she got away. However, the girl was left traumatized by the incident.

South Africans flooded social media with posts under #AmINext and #EndHumanTraffickingInSA. Cassper Nyovest wasn’t the only celeb to speak out about it. Blue Mbombo called on President Cyril Ramaphosa to take action.

Anga Makubalo, who goes by the Twitter handle @Naakmusiq__ZA, commented:

“Our government’s silence in this matter is so loud and painful #EndHumanTraffickingInSA.”

Another tweep, @n_sitholen, wrote: “Mr Bheki Cele this is a serious matter. It’s not clout-chasing or attention-seeking as you’ve previously alluded too. Our sisters and children are being targeted. Our South Africa is no longer the same for them and this is a reality they daily live in.”
